Height is what you notice from across the room. It goes up on a wall, or on a child's bedroom door, with adhesive strips or double-sided tape — no nail, no bracket, no hole to fill in later. This one is not meant to stand up: there isn't enough depth at the base to balance on, so it's for putting on something rather than on top of something.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003e15 mm — shelf.\u003c\/strong\u003e Thick enough to stand on its own on a shelf, a mantel or a windowsill. So the wide ones reach their limit sooner, and 250 mm isn't on offer for every letter in the alphabet.
